Breaking down the high arm sling into its core support areas: shoulder, hand, and elbow, allows the patient to put each element on separately. This significantly reduces movement of the affected area in the early stages of healing.

The individual parts are then modelled in Fusion 360 with strategic support placement to maximize breathability and strength

A 3D scan of the patient's elbow is taken and the cap is fit to their unique body

Slide the elbow cap on, fit the palm piece around your hand, and attach to the shoulder support.

The hand piece is attached through a simple sliding lock. This allows the patient to remove the arm from the sling position and reintroduce movement to the affected area in later stages of healing.
